You can find most of the TorqueMaster ordering information you need labeled on your garage door spring tube. Most doors have this information located on the LEFT SIDE of the spring tube. The word weight has two common abbreviations: Wt. and Wgt.

It is recommended that you replace all springs. Residential springs have a life expectancy of 10,000 cycles. Depending on use, this is an average of 6-7 years. If one spring has failed, it is likely the paired spring will soon fail as well.
